Carolina is graduated of Architectural Technician program from Mohawk College with previous experience in construction field. She has also a bachelor in Architecture of National University of Colombia.

Her background in construction phase and construction administration duties such as planning, start-up, control and close-up make her a proficient professional to accomplish the job.

Carolina is a dedicated person, responsible and committed to what she does. On several occasions she was named to the Dean's Honours list.
